League Status: PTA is now entering it's 3rd season. The PTA was the first
 league to have a fully automated stats system, with an automated page to
 display league records the moment they are broken.  The new rom is one of
 the most accurate roms ever created and features highly modified graphics
 and 6 minute quarters for season 3.  It will use a new rating scale that is
 designed to limit the impact of luck and bring coaching skill to the fore.
 Plans for a Salary Cap are also being implemented for Season 3.
