Welcome to partial save state uploads. If you happen to desync with your opponent late in the game or cpu jam or disconnect from a lousy internet connection, never more fear. As long as you have a save state, you can combine 2 partial states to complete the full game. If you only have time for 1 half, then play it and save the 2nd half for later! Lemme break it down for y'all. You may only upload 2 partial states to complete 1 game. To prevent weirdos from uploading 2 entire games' worth of stats thus making your stats pages look all wonky, there is a time checker (courtesy of bruddog) that allows about 90 tecmo seconds of excess time between the 2 states.
